Blast Injury Research Program Coordinator, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), (Fort Detrick, MD, USA)

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this position should understand both diode and flash lamp pumped lasers and their characteristics. Additionally, they should understand polarized light, the role of wave plates within a laser system, as well as active and passively Q Switched lasers. In addition, the individual must be competent with the use of laboratory equipment relating to laser integration such as oscilloscopes, energy meters, beam imaging systems and cameras, etc.

Essential responsibility for you in this role is to lead the Clinical affairs team as part of the Clinical Mass Spectrometry R&D organization. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the program, training, and technical support services required for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Tech62 Inc. provides Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Explosives (CBRNE) modeling subject matter experts (SME) in support of DTRA’s Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) IDIQ. CBRNE Modeling SME’s develop instructional documentation to improve and instruct national defense processes. Continuous product improvement activities are essential to the CWMD IDIQ support strategy to its customers.
