Senior Research Associate – Precision Medicine/Synthetic Lethality, Zai Lab (San Francisco, CA, USA)

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be part of an exciting Biology team focusing on the identification, validation, and advancement of novel therapeutic candidates that are designed to target cancer cells with a precision medicine/synthetic lethal approach.  The candidate will perform hands-on experiments in vitro and ex vivo to examine target expression, elucidate mechanisms of action, and determine efficacy of our developing therapeutics in this exciting space.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide experimental support and molecular biology expertise in identifying and evaluating new drug targets and preclinical development of existing targets in our synthetic lethality programs.
  • Hands-on work will include mammalian cell culture, drug/compound screening, and performing various molecular biology-based assays, including flow cytometry, Western blotting, qRT-PCR, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA.
  • Perform experiments using various in vitro and ex vivo model systems/assays to elucidate molecular and phenotypic effects of target modulation.

Chemical Weapons Senior Trainer, Leidos (Gunpowder, MD, USA)

Job Summary:

The opportunity for the Chemical Weapons Training Specialist will provide technical support under the Leidos prime contract for delivering services and development efforts supporting the Combat, Capabilities and Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center. This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground – Edgewood Area, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve and assist DEVCOM CBC in WMD efforts as a technical member between the ACTB and various classified and unclassified customers, including Department of Defense, Department of Justice and Department of Energy

CBRNE Program Manager – Defense/Government, FLIR (West Lafayette, IN, USA)

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for successful execution and management of one or more Contract Research & Development (CRAD) programs to meet contractual budget and schedule commitments, inclusive of DoD Defense Acquisition programs of record.
