Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a MAJCOM expert for conducting a detailed gap analysis on the current CBRNE threats to USAFE installations and other resources throughout Europe
  • Develop detailed MAJCOM-level Support Plans to conduct viable steady-state mission operations and the wartime Ability to Survive and Operate (ATSO) in a hostile and/or contaminated CBRNE environment
  • Provide proposed corrective actions and identify additional resources required to mitigate short-term and long-term gaps
  • Review USAFE installation plans to ensure they incorporate all functions relating to the installation Emergency Management (EM) programs ensuring effective prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery operations to allow continued mission capability at the installation level
  • Coordinate MAJCOM Support Plans with HQ USEUCOM, Headquarters Air Force (HAF), USAFE Directorates, and other support staff agencies to meet the planning requirements of CCMD, DoD, sister Services, interagency, NATO Allies, and partner nations in Europe

Group Process Safety Specialist - Single Buoy Moorings (SBM) (Schiedam, the Netherlands)

Job Summary: SBM Offshore is looking for applicants with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field) with relevant experience in O&G, Petrochemical or Chemical Industry. Previous experience on Process Engineering or Process Safety Engineering is required. The Group Process Safety Team, as part of the Group Operational Excellence / HSSE division, is responsible for set and support the implementation of PSM Framework across the company, managing a high number and diversity of stakeholders of different disciplines. The department is accountable for balance and standardize the PSM Programs in SBM, engaging people and managing resources to reduce potential losses. 

Responsibilities:

  • PSM Framework management (CCPS based), identifying, controlling, and filling the gaps
  • Process Safety Training Framework administration, updates, and improvements
  • LOPC Report control, consolidation, and analysis of Lagging KPIs
  • PSM Leading KPIs definition, control, and consolidation, interfacing with key Stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and initiatives in partnership with Stakeholders, such as Asset Integrity, Training, Operations (including Offshore teams) and Project representatives

Technical Field Manager WAM (Weapon and Ammunition Management) - Mines Advisory Group (Sri Lanka)

Job Summary:

This role focuses on armoury construction and refurbishment for Small Arms and Light Weapons and training national security forces in those domains. The successful candidate must be EOD Level 3 qualified, as well qualified and experienced in WAM work. However, we will also consider applications from candidates who have gained the relevant technical skills within the military, providing they are qualified to EOD Level 3 standards. Experience in Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) and/or bulk demolitions will be advantageous. Successful candidates will need excellent diplomacy and liaison skills to effectively build relationships with partners, local authorities and security forces. It is also crucial that the candidate is self-reliant and holds a high level of initiative. Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential.

Job Summary:
